One-component polyurethane foam caulking material, especially suitable for insulation and installation applications in the building sector.It is suitable for bonding, fixing, installation, sound insulation, heat preservation, heat insulation, sealing moisture-proof, gas isolation, filling structural gaps, engineering dynamic gaps and various cracks.
Product features:
- The normal use temperature of the tank is: 5℃ ~ 35℃.
- The best use temperature is: 18℃ ~ 25℃.
- The temperature range after curing is: -30℃ ~ 80℃.
- Foam can adhere to concrete, coatings, walls, wood and plastic surfaces, but not Teflon and silicone.
- The product has no harm to human body after curing.
Instructions for use:
- Shake the can up and down for one minute before use.
- Clean and wet the construction surface before construction.
- Turn the tank upside down, connect it with the spray gun, turn it counterclockwise, open the flow valve and adjust the flow rate.
- Spray from bottom to top, spray amount to 1/2 of the required filling volume.
- After 10 minutes bubble, foam began to cure; After one hour, you can proceed further.
- The cured foam can be removed with a sharp knife. The surface is then treated with cement, mortar, paint or silicone.
Safety advice:
- When inhaled into the body, this product will stimulate the eyes, skin and respiratory system.
- There is no toxicity when the foam agent is cured.
- Avoid direct sunlight, store in a cool and dry place, and the temperature does not exceed 50℃.
- Do not burn or puncture empty cans after use.
- Do not approach open flames or contact with inflammable and explosive materials.
- When this product is used, it may produce flammable mixed gas, so the construction site should have ventilation conditions. Construction workers should wear working gloves and goggles, and do not smoke.
- When this product is not cured, the viscosity is a little strong, and it has permeability to clothing fibers. Do not touch human body and clothing at this time.
- Keep cans out of reach of children.
- In case the foam touches the eyes, rinse with water or treat as directed by your doctor. If touching skin, rinse with soap or water.
